Pole Flow Tutorials Launch & Special Playlist

POLE FLOW TUTORIALS ARE HERE! YAY! To accompany the launch, I have created a playlist of tunes that will inspire you to flow freely to the material covered in my tutorials.

Happy flowing!

Pole Flow Tutorials are finally here! www.poleflow.com I'm putting together what I've learned in 10 years of teaching pole, 28 years of dance, and 17 years in the physical wellness industry. I'm applying all of my experience to the creation of Pole Flow® tutorials for ALL LEVELS.

Pole Flow® videos include:

  • Movement Preparation: These are the juicy, wavy, warm-ups. They are functional mobility sessions that enhance your awareness and movement abilities.

  • Creative Fuel: You can’t run the creative engine without fuel. In these videos, I explain creative concepts that can take you on a unique movement journey.

  • Pole + Floor Technique: These are the “how to do a thing/sequence” videos. Along with my best tips, I’ll always include ideas to help you create your own expression of the movements. Expect a blend of Slow + Low sessions, Static Rotations, and maybe a sprinkle of Spin Pole.

Many videos will cross boundaries, so be sure to read the descriptions first

Bows & Arrows Recap

Bows & Arrows Recap

A few weeks ago, I attended the first ever Bows and Arrows research week, led by Tom Weksler. It was 9 days of immersive study with him and his peers in Nataf, Israel. We all shared a farm-house, helped cook the meals, and danced in a horse stable converted into a beautiful circular movement space.
