AERIAL OOZE: A 5-Hour Intensive with Marlo Fisken

Make your aerial movement so smooth, people don’t even know what they’re looking at.

This is not about adding more tricks.

It’s about you knowing how to perform movement so sensually seamless, it blurs time.

In Aerial Ooze, you’ll learn to move through space with such continuity, intrigue, and intentionality that even the familiar becomes unrecognizable. Expect oodles of undulating transitions, reimagined climbs, and a deep dive into stylization—without sacrificing your personal spice.

✦ What to Expect:

Hour 1 – Drip Start: Ground Warmup & Vertical Sensitization

Before we rise, we melt. We’ll begin with a spiraling, fascia-awakening ground sequence, then explore sensual, efficient approaches into climbs. 

Hour 2 – Climb Redesign: Beyond the Standard Ascend

Climbing gets a glow-up. We’ll experiment with elastic, momentum-aided, and deceptively lazy-feeling ascents. This is where form meets flavor and mindless movement takes a rest.

Hour 3 – Transitional Ooze: Disappear the Seams between upright and inverted

This hour is for those in-between upright and inverted moments. You’ll learn how to morph one shape into another using localized initiations, spinal liquidity, and sneaky directional changes. We’ll train your body to hide effort inside elegance.

Hour 4 – Stylization within skills: Find your signature flow within tricks

Time to get personal. We’ll play with motif development, flavoring repetition, and “barely there” accents that make your go-to movement unmistakably yours. Whether your style is soft, strange, or staccato—we’ll highlight it.

Hour 5 – Phrase Creation Lab: Construct + Dissolve

In our final hour, you’ll build a short phrase using the tools of the day. Receive supportive feedback (from Marlo + peers) on how to ooze more, push contrast, and vanish your seams. You’ll also have time to film if desired.
