Invert Recall: Rethink and Update Your Invert for More Ease, Skill, and Flow

Invert Recall: A free workshop for pole dancers

Still hearing “just crunch and tip back” in invert training?

It’s time to hit pause on those old cues. In this 75-minute session, we’ll revisit common teaching strategies that may actually be stalling your progress—and explore how to approach inverting with more ease, strength, and clarity.

Even great exercises won’t help if your cues are misaligned with how your body actually moves.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify positioning that makes inverts harder than they need to be

  • Rethink the classic invert so it works for more bodies and fluid possibilities: on spin and static mode

  • Clarify exactly why familiar progressions may be backfiring- and what to do instead

You don’t need a pole for this session, but it will be experiential and movement-based.

Come curious. Leave stronger, smarter, and upside-down ready.
