Four Hour Floor Flow® Immersion (Berlin)

FOUR HOUR FLOOR FLOW IMMERSION

Description: Learn how to transform the floor into your apparatus with the creator of Floor Flow. In the first session we will explore creative fundamentals of supple floor movement. The second session will be focused on floor skills such as: swirly rolls, shapely balances, and low spins. Finally, discover how to put it all together in a way that works for YOU.

This event is open to all levels and perfect for anyone aiming to enhance their movement quality, awareness, or teaching abilities.
