LOW FLOW ZONE
Friday, October 26, 2018: 6-9PM
Moves and concepts to up your low flow performance and creativity.

DYNAMIC CIRCLES AND HIGH FLOW ZONE
Saturday, October 27, 2018: 7-10PM
Flowing acrobatics, Static Rotations, and Shape making.

These three hour intensives are $115 each or both for $200. They will take place at Diva Den Studio in Portland, Oregon.
These programs take place in the evenings during the Floor Flow Teacher Training.
