What is Floor Flow®?
Floor Flow is a movement practice that encourages you to get lost in the grounding and sensual nature of floorwork. I developed Floor Flow® to reveal how focused floor contact can benefit everyone.
Heighten your movement awareness and creative potential as you practice easy-to-remember looping sequences that emphasize fluidity, control, and joint mobility. An ongoing Floor Flow practice can lead to immense athleticism, creativity, and expression.

Who is Floor Flow for?
It’s for everyone. If you can lay down on the floor, you can Floor Flow. Floorwork is therapeutic, safe, and very progressive. It’s the perfect place to gain awareness and freedom of movement. Yes, it can be performed at high levels, but it’s all rooted in the same basic foundations.
What happens in a Floor Flow class?
In a Floor Flow class, you will move creatively through slithery, circular, primal patterns. You will perform movements with both supple control and momentum.
With an emphasis on how things feel, rather than how they look, Floor Flow classes provide you a place to get out of your head, and into your body.
Why is there so much rolling on the floor?
By learning movements where more than just your feet are attached to the floor, we have an opportunity to receive feedback about our mobility and movement quality. Plus it’s FUN.
Floor Flow® Tutorials for Purchase:
Whether on your feet or hands, in the air or on the ground, fluidity is the mastery of weight transfer. The Floor Flow tutorials are traveling body weight conditioning movements and smooth transitions that provide an ongoing dynamic stretch. The best part is, by practicing these sequences, you are learning skills that you can easily mix and match to create your own flows.
Floor Flow requires no equipment, but socks, leg warmers, knee pads, and sleeves are recommended for many techniques.
Floor Flow® Workshops:
This class is entirely dedicated to the investigation of fluid floorwork. Expect to learn rolls, and easy-to-follow progressive combinations. Every class includes guided creative movement exercises to help you find your flow. Please wear pants, bring socks or legwarmers and cover your shoulders (a tee-shirt is fine). Some movements will require pivoting and sliding.
SLINK-Y, SLIDE-Y FLOOR FLOW®
Learn to move like silk, melt like butter, and explore incredible control in low-to-the-ground floorwork transitions. This class will challenge your control and mobility with feel-good floor cleaning moves.
*Layers are HIGHLY suggested (leggings, legwarmers, knee pads, socks, and a tee-shirt). Your feet and knees must be covered
Learn to dynamically dance on your hands in this workshop full of flowing transitions into and out of arm balances, rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and more. Expect to learn skills from breakdance, Capoeira, and contemporary dance that you can perform for conditioning or choreography.

Rise + Slide: A Floor Flow® Morning Wake-Up
This is Floor Flow® and then some…. This class shows you how to transform common standing movements into floor work. Learn a basic footwork pattern, then turn it into funky, sexy and straight up crazy floor skills.
Flow Movement® Weekend Intensive
Over the course of two days, you’ll learn the secrets of dance-based floorwork, on-the-mat mobility, and creative across-the-floor conditioning from someone who has spent 25 years immersed in the practice and study of movement.
Flow Movement exercises seamlessly travel through primal human movements and acrobatic dance. With expert guidance and an enhanced sense of body awareness, you will learn to create great lines in motion. Because Flow Movement encourages you to go beyond practice and make the exercises your own, you’ll have the chance to playfully and creatively re-assemble your skills into something uniquely yours. Finally, to further your movement capacity, you’ll breathe and sway into deep flexibility training.
