This total body challenge shows you how to be fast and flowy while refining level change and back spin skills.  It is intended to raise heart rate.  This video includes Flow variations of planks, hip bridges, and wild things.  Learn the fun breakdance fundamental, "the back spin," and flow fundamental, "the side slide."  This sequence can be repeated for an even longer workout. The video is also great as a warm-up for other activities.
